Achieve your goals and obtain inspiration with personalised displays hand crafted from wood for the home and office.
Monumental Me employs the principle of activation triggers to help people achieve their goals. Being the polar opposite to idiom "out of sight, out of mind", activation triggers are items placed in key locations to spark thoughts, memories, and most importantly, action.
We believe the best activation triggers are specific to the situation, so we start by helping you and your employees explore the details of the goals being aimed at, and map out the steps required to achieve them.
We then use this information to design and craft personalised displays to be hung in key locations within homes and offices, which help gently nudge people towards their desires outcome.

“Leaders are limited by their vision rather than by their abilities.”
— Roy T. Bennett
A vision statement is a short description of an organisation’s aspirations and the wider impact it aims to create. It should be a guiding beacon to everyone within the organization and something which underpins internal decision-making and determines the intended direction of the organization.
Similar to a mission statement, which highlights the "what" and "how" of an organisation, the vision statement reflects the "why", and acts as signposts for everyone within the organisation to follow. The what and how can change over time, but the why rarely does.
Many entrepreneurs and business owners have an idea of the vision they're striving for, but have never put it into words. Our coaching service is designed to facilitate the drafting of the vision statement, ready for crafting and display in the workplace.
"It was a great experience to work with Daniel on creating a business mission statement. We're thrilled to have an incredibly beautiful, bespoke piece of art hanging proudly in the office, reminding the whole team of what we need to do."

Be · Do · Have
“You've got to be before you can do and do before you can have.”
— Zig Ziglar
The Be, Do, Have process starts with the end result of defining your goals or desires, expressed as the things you would like to have, and works backwards unlocking the things you have to do to achieve them, and who you have to be to do those things.
Being codified like this as part of your coaching session lets us map the journey to your goals, with the display we build acting as a compass to help you keep on track.
"I really enjoyed taking part in the process that went into creating my 'Be board'. Dan is skilled at helping to draw out ideas and explores lots of options, opening up a world of possibility, before helping you narrow it down to something you want for the final display board. The Be board looks great, I'm very happy with it and it provides me with an attractive reminder of the attributes I strive towards."

“In quoting others, we cite ourselves.”
— Julio Cortazar
Everyone has a favourite quote or phrase. Something which they remember when they're feeling low, or turn to for inspiration. It might originate from an antique piece of literature, a celebrity or member of popular culture, words of wisdom from a character in a TV show, film, or cartoon, or maybe someone near and dear to you. The origin of the quote isn't important, what's important is what it means to you.
We love building quote displays because there is so much variety in the source material, giving us scope to create something personal and meaningful for that individual. This is reflected in the coaching session, where we explore what the quote means to you, allowing us to craft a display with real meaning.
"I loved working with Daniel, the whole process from conception to completion was smooth and easy. He really cared about getting the right product for me, taking the time talk through what I wanted, helping me choose the wording, and suggesting fonts and layouts that would suit, before ultimately giving me the final say. It was a really joyful process and the finished product is beautiful, I look at it every day and feel inspired. Thank you Daniel."

“A picture is a poem without words.”
Sometimes, words aren't quite enough to truly represent an idea. How do you describe hope, or gratitude, or ambition, or love? What words can you use to represent the success you feel when you reach a goal? Sometimes words need to take a back seat, to let imagery do the talking.
Each of our meaningful imagery displays are custom designed to represent something important to you, to remind you why you do the things you do, and help nudge you along, while also being a unique and stunning piece of art for your home or office.
