Monumental Me employs the principle of activation triggers to help people achieve their goals. Being the polar opposite to idiom "out of sight, out of mind", activation triggers are items placed in key locations to spark thoughts, memories, and most importantly, action.

We believe the best activation triggers are specific to the situation, so we start by helping you and your employees explore the details of the goals being aimed at, and map out the steps required to achieve them.

We then use this information to design and craft personalised displays to be hung in key locations within homes and offices, which help gently nudge people towards their desires outcome.

Vision Statement

A vision statement is a short description of an organisation’s aspirations and the wider impact it aims to create. It should be a guiding beacon to everyone within the organization and something which underpins internal decision-making and determines the intended direction of the organization.

Similar to a mission statement, which highlights the "what" and "how" of an organisation, the vision statement reflects the "why", and acts as signposts for everyone within the organisation to follow. The what and how can change over time, but the why rarely does.

Many entrepreneurs and business owners have an idea of the vision they're striving for, but have never put it into words. Our coaching service is designed to facilitate the drafting of the vision statement, ready for crafting and display in the workplace.

The Be, Do, Have process starts with the end result of defining your goals or desires, expressed as the things you would like to have, and works backwards unlocking the things you have to do to achieve them, and who you have to be to do those things.

Being codified like this as part of your coaching session lets us map the journey to your goals, with the display we build acting as a compass to help you keep on track.

Everyone has a favourite quote or phrase. Something which they remember when they're feeling low, or turn to for inspiration. It might originate from an antique piece of literature, a celebrity or member of popular culture, words of wisdom from a character in a TV show, film, or cartoon, or maybe someone near and dear to you. The origin of the quote isn't important, what's important is what it means to you.

We love building quote displays because there is so much variety in the source material, giving us scope to create something personal and meaningful for that individual. This is reflected in the coaching session, where we explore what the quote means to you, allowing us to craft a display with real meaning.
